Position Title: Senior Manager, Enterprise Transformation & Growth Advisory
- New role due to business expansion
- Central
About the Opportunity
- Adecco is partnering with a public sector organization; we are seeking an experienced Enterprise Transformation & Growth Advisor to join the team.
- This is a strategic growth-advisory role architect scale across a diverse companies portfolio - diagnosing bottlenecks, designing differentiated engagement models, and building non-traditional partnerships across industry, corporate, government and academic bodies to unlock impact.
The Role
- Leads the growth strategy practice, acting as the architect of scale for an organisation-wide transformation engagement - a distinct strategic advisory seat, separate from the parallel delivery and enablement leadership functions.
- Owns client portfolio growth strategy - diagnosing bottlenecks, prioritising target segments, and identifying where scale is being left on the table across a diverse book of clients.
- Designs and pilots new growth programmes - building and testing anchor-led, ecosystem-driven, and sector-wide initiatives, then scaling what works into repeatable engagement models.
- Acts as a horizontal integrator across the practice - mobilising delivery teams and leveraging data/insights from the enablement function, without owning delivery directly.
- Builds and manages non-traditional strategic partnerships - trade associations, multinational clients, global HQs, sector bodies, and academic institutions - to unlock scale.
- Drives thought leadership and narrative, positioning the practice as a strategic transformation advisor rather than a transactional service provider, representing the firm with senior industry and public-sector stakeholders.
Requirements
- Over 8 years experience, including at least 4 years building a segmented growth or engagement strategy across a different portfolio.
- Demonstrated track record building ecosystem partnerships at a senior level - MOUs, strategic alliances, or multi-stakeholder coalitions involving large corporates or institutional partners.
- Comfortable operating as a horizontal influencer without direct authority over delivery teams.
- Strong public narrative and thought-leadership presence - experience representing an organisation externally, not just internally.
- Exposure to enterprise or workforce transformation agendas, ideally across multiple sectors or client segments.
