Join our client as a Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales (Hunter) and play a key role in driving growth within our enterprise segment. This is a high-impact opportunity for a motivated sales leader passionate about emerging technologies and enabling digital transformation for large enterprises.
As a hunter, you will focus on developing new business, building executive-level relationships, and positioning Tata Communications as a trusted digital transformation partner. Leveraging our end-to-end portfolio across cloud, network connectivity, cybersecurity, and collaboration solutions, you will help clients modernize their IT landscape and drive business innovation.
Key ResponsibilitiesNew Business & Revenue Growth
Drive new business development across enterprise accounts, from prospecting to deal closure.
Achieve and exceed assigned annual revenue targets.
Identify and develop new sales opportunities aligned with strategic growth areas.
Sales Strategy & Execution
Contribute to territory planning, pipeline development, and sales forecasting.
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to develop effective sales strategies.
Lead complex deal negotiations and strategic decision-making.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Build strong relationships across multiple levels within client organizations.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Legal, Delivery) to drive successful outcomes.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients in their digital transformation journey.
10-12 years of enterprise sales experience, ideally within Telco or Global System Integrators.
Proven track record selling digital transformation solutions to large enterprises, including:
Network & Connectivity (e.g., SD-WAN)
Cloud Services
Cybersecurity (e.g., SASE)
Contact Centre (CCaaS)
Unified Communications (UCaaS)
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
