We are looking for an Enterprise Leader for the fast-growing GCR market. You will be responsible for overseeing and growing a team and you will be measured by your team's overall revenue attainment, new logo acquisition, and expansion into existing customer accounts. This is a team of motivated and coachable people so we are looking for someone with a growth mindset who loves developing into rising stars.
The impact you will have:
- Drive Revenue Success: Own and exceed your teams quarterly/annual sales targets
- Build and Implement Strategic Plans: Develop and execute evolving revenue plans and growth tactics
- Create Trust-Based Relationships: develop long term customer, partner, and cross-functional relationships
- Distill Customer Needs and Value: Enable your team to understand commercial goals of your customer and how they relate to our value proposition
- Manage the Front-Line Voice of Databricks: Lead your team to effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
What we look for:
- Experienced (5+ years) high-growth SaaS leader with experience leading a sales team to new heights.
- Experience selling to Enterprise Customers in the GCR region
- Experience translating a highly technical product to business value for the CSuite. Experience in big data, selling against open source or freemium a plus.
- Track record of success executing against personal and team goals while always striving to uplevel your process
- Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve personal objectives with a team first mindset
- Ability to coach and develop sales fundamentals to Account Executives including and not limited to prospecting, forecasting, and negotiation tactics
- Ability to lead and coach a team of Account Executives executing in both Enterprise and Commercial markets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as experience presenting to the C Suite.
- Willing to travel as needed ( 25%) and work on the deals as needed to hit the goals.
- Bachelor's degree required, advanced degrees a plus.
- Business proficiency in Mandarin and experience in the GCR territory are required to enable effective collaboration and understanding of client needs. The successful candidate will engage with the customers in Mandarin to conduct technical and business discussions, address sales challenges, and present clear value propositions and outcomes.
