The Senior Recruiting Manager will partner closely with Salesforce business leaders across the ASEAN region to shape, advise, and deliver talent strategies that enable continued growth and success. This role is responsible for leading a high-performing recruiting team, driving both near-term hiring outcomes and long-term workforce planning, and ensuring an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
This leader will be a trusted advisor to senior business stakeholders, bringing strong business acumen, data-driven insights, and a deep understanding of fast-paced, high-growth sales organisations.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Development Build, lead, and inspire a team of Recruiters supporting multiple business units across the ASEAN region.Create a strong sense of team unity, engagement, and purpose by developing recruiter capability across business acumen, stakeholder partnering, influencing skills, and market expertise.Coach, mentor, and support Recruiters through regular feedback, performance management, and structured development planning.Actively support career development and progression for team members, ensuring clear growth paths and succession planning.Foster a culture of inclusion, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement aligned with Salesforce values.
Business Partnership & Stakeholder Management Partner closely with Sales leaders along with ES Business Partners, Strategy and Finance to understand business priorities and translate them into effective hiring strategies.Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing insights on talent markets, workforce trends, hiring risks, and opportunities across ASEAN.Influence and guide leaders on best practices in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and candidate assessment.Balance regional consistency with local market nuance to ensure hiring strategies are effective, compliant, and competitive.
Talent Strategy & Execution Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to support aggressive and evolving hiring plans, with a strong focus on sales and go-to-market roles.Lead accurate demand forecasting and capacity planning in partnership with Finance and HR, ensuring alignment to quarterly and annual business goals.Drive delivery against hiring targets while maintaining a strong focus on quality of hire, diversity, and candidate experience.Identify opportunities to improve speed, efficiency, and effectiveness across the full recruitment lifecycle.
Data, Reporting & Operational Excellence Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on hiring performance, pipeline health, recruiter productivity, and business outcomes.Leverage data and analytics to identify trends, diagnose issues, and inform strategic decision-making.Present clear, compelling insights to senior leaders and executives, establishing credibility and trust through data-driven storytelling.Ensure recruiting operations are scalable, compliant, and aligned with global standards while meeting regional business needs.
Projects & Continuous ImprovementLead and contribute to regional and global recruiting initiatives aimed at streamlining processes, improving candidate experience, and increasing hiring effectiveness.Drive adoption of tools, technology, and best practices across the team.Partner with global recruiting leadership to pilot new approaches, share learnings, and scale successful programs across the organisation.
