- Lead operations across 3 centres, ensuring high-quality, client-centric care delivery
- Oversee multidisciplinary teams and drive operational excellence aligned with organizational goals
- Manage client lifecycle: assessments, admissions, care plans, and reviews
- Ensure full compliance with MOH regulations, licensing, audits, and nursing standards
- Plan and optimize manpower, including staffing, scheduling, and succession planning
- Coach and develop staff through training, performance management, and leadership support
- Develop and improve policies, procedures, and workflows for efficiency and quality care
- Use data and KPIs to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement
- Lead outreach, partnerships, and engagement initiatives to grow enrolment and awareness
- Oversee regulatory submissions, reporting, and subvention matters
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure cost-efficiency and sustainable operations
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Social Work/Community Care/Gerontology.
- Minimum 8 years experience working in Supervisory.
- Working hours: 5days, 8.30am-6pm
