Develop and implement automation strategies using RPA, AI/ML, and intelligent document processing across underwriting, claims, policy servicing, and customer service.
Identify operational cost drivers and lead initiatives to reduce expenses while maintaining or enhancing service levels.
Partner with IT, Actuarial, Finance, and other business units to integrate automation tools into existing systems and workflows.
Track automation project outcomes using performance metrics and cost-benefit analyses to ensure efficiency and savings targets are met.
Lead efforts to identify and automate manual, repetitive tasks to reduce cycle times and error rates.
Ensure automation initiatives comply with regulatory standards and data privacy requirements.
Drive adoption of automation through training, stakeholder engagement, and change management programs.
Use data insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for further automation and operational improvements.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
Deep understanding of insurance operations across Life, Health, and General Insurance.
Proven experience with automation technologies (RPA, AI/ML, intelligent document processing).
Strong background in cost management and process optimization.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships.
Proficient in performance analysis and data-driven decision-making.
Knowledge of insurance regulatory frameworks and data security standards.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in digital transformation within insurance is highly desirable.
