Senior Manager, Deployment, Air & Sea IT, SGP

Strategic Deployment Leadership

• Lead the full lifecycle deployment of enterprise IT solutions for Air & Sea freight processes, including planning, design, configuration, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support.

• Drive alignment between global IT deployment standards and local business requirements.

• Ensure deployment plans mitigate operational risks and promote seamless transition for business teams.

Operational Delivery & Stabilization

• Manage deployment workstreams, including system integrations, middleware, APIs, and workflow configurations.

• Oversee hypercare and go-live support, ensuring timely issue resolution and stabilization of services.

• Monitor performance post-deployment and implement corrective actions to maintain service levels.

Stakeholder Partnership

• Serve as the senior IT delivery lead working with regional business units (Air & Sea Operations, Commercial, Finance).

• Translate business requirements into technical deployment plans and priorities.

• Coordinate effectively with vendors and system integrators to maintain delivery quality and timelines.

Governance, Compliance, & Documentation

• Ensure deployments are compliant with internal IT policies, cybersecurity standards, and regulatory controls.

• Maintain deployment documentation, cutover plans, configuration records, and operational runbooks.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities for improving deployment processes, tooling, automation, and performance optimization.

• Share best practices with regional and global IT teams to uplift overall operational delivery maturity.
