Job Description

  • IT Security Metrics: Collect, analyze, and report on IT security metrics to ensure comprehensive monitoring and assessment.
  • Endpoint Security: Enhance and maintain endpoint security measures, ensuring robust control and protection.
  • Vulnerability Management: Oversee the management of security vulnerabilities, events, and requests, ensuring timely resolution and mitigation.
  • User Account Operations: Oversight user account operations, conduct regular reviews, and ensure access controls to maintain security integrity.
  • Incident Response: Lead the Local Cyber Incident Response Team (LCIRT) during incident response processes, ensuring effective and coordinated actions.
  • Incident Investigation: Support the investigation and remediation of IT security incidents or policy violations, ensuring compliance and security standards are upheld.
  • Cyber Security Operations: Manage Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) Level 1 Security Operations and coordinate Level 2 Security Operations to ensure continuous and effective security monitoring and response.
  • Enhancing the company's security culture by promoting cybersecurity awareness through training, sharing programs, and engagement events for employees, contractors, and other relevant parties.
  • Plan, Design and Execute of regular Phishing Exercises to identify high risk targets for further awareness training.
  • IT Security solutioning, risk assessment and guidance for IT systems and project implementation (on premise and cloud based).
  • Evaluate, test and support implementation of new security systems, tools, and services.
  • Provide support and feedback to the Development, review and documentation of the company's IT Security policy, procedure, standard and framework.
  • Compliance assurance and verification of IT Security policy and standard and conduct regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities in the organization's security system.
  • Conducts User Engagement during the roll-out of new IT Security standard framework and process.
  • Support for IT Security Committee activities
  • Minimum 5 years working experience, preferably in a corporate environment, with a focus in one or more of these areas: compliance assurance and IT Security assessment, IT security solution and project implementation, malware and security incident response and handling.
  • A team player and able to work effectively at different levels in an organization, with peers of local and overseas IT as well and business departments – eg. support of international stakeholders in regions such as Europe and Latin America via teleconferencing, etc.
  • Conducts regular cyber risk review exercise and provides reporting to management.
  • Degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or related discipline
  • Cyber security certification such as CISSP (preferred) or equivalent certification
  • Possesses good communication and presentation skills – written and verbal, active listening.
  • Familiarity with IT security practices including access control, system, network, and cloud security.
  • Technical knowledge of computer system and networking architecture and protocols, and IT security practices such as access control, system, network and cloud security and protections.
  • Practical knowledge in security standards such as ISO 270001/2, NIST, CSA CCM, etc.
