Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager Corporate Finance to support senior management in executing a range of corporate transactions, including debt and equity financing, capital market issuances, mergers & acquisitions, divestments, and investments. The role offers exposure to global capital markets and collaboration with international advisors, investors, and lenders.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of professional presentation and marketing materials / Pitch documents
- Building financial projections, debt models, corporate valuation and analysis
- Participate & lead discussions and negotiations with lenders/investors etc.
- Work in close partnership with internal business leaders and operational experts on various strategic projects to ensure timely completion of various processes.
- Provide financial and accounting support for the new projects of ChemOne Group.
Requirements:
- Strong financial Modelling skills with full understanding of DCF & Valuation.
- At least 4/5 years of relevant working experience in corporate finance, preferably in petrochemical / Oil & Gas / Green Energy / Infrastructure sectors.
- Good Experience of developing, executing and concluding financing transactions.
- Extensive experience of working with banks/financial institutions.
Education
- Bachelors / Masters in Accountancy/Finance/Financial management, with further internationally recognized qualifications such as CPA/CA
- CFA charter or progress towards CFA will be a Plus.
