Lead the end-to-end execution of M&A, investment, and partnership opportunities, including deal sourcing, due diligence, financial modelling, valuation, negotiation, and integration planning.
Build robust financial models, investment cases, and scenario analyses to support strategic and capital allocation decisions.
Prepare high-impact presentations and materials for internal stakeholders, senior leadership, and external investors.
Manage cross-functional due diligence efforts involving legal, tax, finance, operations, and business teams.
Track industry trends, competitor movements, and macroeconomic developments to identify strategic opportunities.
Support funding and capital structure planning in collaboration with the internal finance team
Build and maintain strong relationships with investment banks, advisors, potential partners, and industry stakeholders.
Work closely with business units to identify, assess, and drive both organic and inorganic growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
7 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, valuations, private equity, management consulting, or in-house corporate development roles.
Demonstrated track record of executing M&A transactions and managing cross-functional deal processes.
Strong experience in business and industry research, strategic analysis, and investment case development, including both primary and secondary research.
