We are partnering with a leading telecom client to hire a Change Manager (Technology & Transformation) to drive organisation-wide change, especially across technology-led transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead change management for major technology and transformation projects.
- Plan and deliver stakeholder engagement, readiness, impact assessments, communications, and training.
- Partner with technology vendors and internal teams to define roles, outcomes, and success measures.
- Build and maintain a change management playbook with tools, templates, and best practices.
- Coach and enable stakeholders to apply change management at scale.
- Promote change management as a core organisational capability.
- Stakeholders: HR, business leaders, internal teams and external technology partners.
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in change management, including 4+ years as a Change Manager.
- Proven success in multi-location or multi-country technology adoption projects.
- Change management certification (e.g. Prosci) preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience building scalable change processes and tools.
