Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the F&B systems roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance F&B operations.
- Lead end-to-end system Lean & 6 sigma projects
- Manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
- Oversee the performance, reliability and improvement.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Partner with F&B operations teams to understand needs and translate them into process system requirements.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure quality delivery and support.
- Ensure systems capture accurate and actionable data.
- Support reporting and analytics initiatives to drive business insights.
- Ensure systems comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain documentation and audit trails for system changes and access.
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
Experience
- Minimum 810 years of experience in system management, preferably within F&B or hospitality.
Other Prerequisites
- Proven track record in leading system implementation and digital transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of F&B operations and technologies (e.g., POS, ERP, CRM, mobile ordering).
- Experience in vendor management and cross-functional collaboration.
