Our Residential Projects team is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Associate Director to join and contribute to the team.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, owners , developers and tenants within the Residential space ensuring regular lead generation
  • Generating business in leasing, selling and purchasing residential properties on behalf of owners and tenants
  • Recognising client needs and expectations and responding to these efficiently and professionally
  • Conduct site inspections to assess viability and potential
  • Continuously source business through networking, organising marketing and preparing pitch proposals
  • Building a solid track record in your market hitting revenue targets and leading from the front
  • Preferably with experience connecting with the residential network and authorities, where familiarity with local policies will be an advantage.
  • Any other responsibilities from client instructions and business initiatives


What You'll Need

  • Minimum of 8-10 years experience in real estate sales and leasing with in-depth knowledge of the Singapore market
  • Experience and knowledge of the Residential sector, preferably in the high-end/luxury segment
  • Candidate must possess a real estate CEA license
  • Demonstrated experience in effective negotiation skills and consistent sales performance
  • Excellent client relationship management skills
  • Bilingual, with Mandarin-speaking ability preferred due to proximity to Mandarin-speaking clients
  • Superior organizational skills - ability to manage multiple projects and teams
  • A strong work ethic, and willingness to work hard and cohesively in a team
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented
  • Enthusiasm and commitment to complete transactions and provide high levels of service to clients
