You will partner the Programme Centres and Entities in staff management and development matters. The role will require you to:
Advise the Programme Centres/Entities heads on HR policies and guidelines that facilitate their decision makings and conversations with staff; aligning HR strategies with business requirements and objectives.
Identify manpower needs and work with recruiters to bring in the desired profile after considering rotations within the Programme Centres/Entities.
Co-ordinate and ensure smooth implementation of HR initiatives and programmes in areas of staff development and succession planning.
Facilitate and manage the Annual Performance Appraisal & Rewards Exercise and Leadership Potential identification exercise.
Partner line management to facilitate, advise, manage the career progression and rotations that are aligned to organization needs and staff aspirations.
Requirements
Tertiary graduates. Degree in Human Resources preferred.
Certified IHRP preferred.
Possess HR experience, preferably with minimally 6 to 10 years of relevant experience.
Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
