Key Responsibilities
Make-Up & Styling:
- Provide professional bridal, pre-wedding, and event make-up and hairstyling services tailored to each client's needs.
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products.
- Ensure high-quality standards and consistency across all beauty services.
- Conduct trials and consultations with brides to finalize their desired look.
Team Management:
- Lead, train, and mentor junior make-up artists and stylists.
- Schedule and allocate assignments for make-up artists during shoots, weddings, and events.
- Monitor team performance, providing feedback and support to maintain excellence.
Studio Operations & Client Service:
- Manage daily studio operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Handle client inquiries, bookings, and appointments with professionalism.
- Work closely with bridal consultants, photographers, and gown specialists to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Oversee stock management for cosmetics, tools, and skincare products.
- Maintain studio hygiene and compliance with health and safety standards.
Administrative & Business Support:
- Assist management in planning promotions, packages, and collaborations.
- Track and report studio performance, including client feedback and service quality.
- Support in marketing initiatives such as social media content, bridal campaigns, and styled shoots.
Requirements
- Proven experience (20+ years) as a professional make-up artist, with strong bridal portfolio.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the beauty/bridal industry.
- Excellent knowledge of make-up techniques, products, and tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, especially during peak wedding seasons.
- Passionate, client-focused, and detail-oriented.
