Role: Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Experience Level: 3+ Years

Work location: Chennai

Role & Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI applications using LLMs.

Build autonomous and multi-agent workflows

Develop Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases.

Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications and APIs.

Build prompt orchestration, tool calling, memory, and reasoning workflows.

Implement responsible AI, security, and governance controls.

Develop REST APIs and microservices supporting AI applications.

Optimize performance, scalability, and cost of AI solutions.

Monitor AI agents, APIs, LLM services, and RAG pipelines.

Analyze incidents and perform root cause analysis (RCA).

Troubleshoot prompt failures, hallucinations, grounding issues, and workflow

failures.

Monitor token consumption, latency, throughput, and operational costs.

Experience with LLM observability, evaluation, and production monitoring

Manage production deployments and environment configurations

Must have Skills:

Python (Mandatory)

SQL,REST API development

FastAPI

Agentic AI ,LLM Platforms, RAG & Knowledge Management, Cloud & DevOps, MCP

(Model Context Protocol), PromptFlow, MLflow, AI Evaluation Frameworks
