Senior M365 Engineer

. Technical Delivery

• Undertake projects related to IT infrastructure (physical and virtual servers, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365 technologies, Azure AD, Active Directory on-premises and cloud) i.e. systems provisioning, installations, configurations as well as monitoring and maintenance.
• Project implementation - Plan, gather requirements, design, test, implement, troubleshoot systems as per system requirements for new or existing systems (Exchange on-prem and M365 technologies)
• Provide technical support and advice to users on systems or Microsoft 365 technologies related issues or queries
• Perform data migration to M365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive) from on-prem Exchange, file servers, SharePoint or Google Workplace Service (GWS)
• Perform Exchange on-prem / hybrid and Microsoft 365 technologies administration/maintenance and works toward continuous optimization of systems performance
• Standby with on-call availability with varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays during critical cutovers, L2 support onwards
• Improve governance (policies, standards, guidelines) on successful delivery outcomes e.g. industry compliances, delivery frameworks/playbooks, port-mortem reviews, documentations
• Cross group collaboration
• Work closely with all technical group to on-board technical knowledge of solution offerings, inclusive of vendors and partners as needed

Qualifications/Experience/Knowledge

. Diploma/Degree or other equivalent

. At least 5 years of experience

o At least 3 years of project delivery experience

o At least 2 years of support experience

. Design, implement and support infrastructure projects

o Technical knowledge of on-premises (M365, Exchange 2013/2016) and email infrastructure related areas - Exchange cert renewal, CA Setup

o Technical knowledge of data migration to M365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive) from on-prem Exchange, SharePoint and Google Workplace Service (GWS)

o Technical knowledge of infra stack (AAD, Active Directory migration services 2016/2019, Clustering)

. Hardware experience

• IBM, Lenovo, HPE, Dell, Huawei

. Possess strong problem-solving skills and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

. Strong communication skills

o Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with ability to coordinate between technical and business teams

o Able to interact with various levels of internal and external stakeholders both in written and verbal forms

. Demonstrated project management experience handling multiple projects simultaneously

. Ability to efficiently understand client organizations and their business model and to tailor relevant processes to privacy requirements.

. Skill requires:

o Powershell scripting

o Microsoft 365 technologies - M365 Administrator Expert

o Exchange On-prem / hybrid environment

o Active Directory

o Entra ID (Azure AD) & Entra ID Connect
