Senior M&E Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• To conduct pre-inspection with sub-con.
• To carry out site works according to micro scheduling.
• To ensure site carry out according to daily site coordination.
• To conduct internal quality pre-inspection check with subcon.
• Inventory check on daily basis.
• Planning and manage site storage.
• To manage and liaise with workers.
• Control and minimize wastages.
• Receiving materials from suppliers.
• To keep site records (daily journal, concrete cubes, DO, etc. whichever applicable).
• To carry out any other works as instructed
• Ensure work activities are carried out in safe working environment.
• Ability to identify and resolve any site issues faced at the work site.
• Ensure all defects reported are rectified with quality.
• Other adhoc duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor/ Management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering/ Building Service. Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination will be an advantage.
• Preferably with three (3) years relevant experience in public (HDB) and private residential projects.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• An independent, also be able to work in team, can cope in a fast-paced environment, highly motivated and a good team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and use of BIM would be an advantage.
• Willing to travel around project site offices within Singapore.
