Responsibilities:
- Execute on-site coordination and control of mechanical and electrical works to ensure timely and compliant project delivery.
- Collaborate proactively with end user Points of Contact (PICs), subcontractors, and the site management team.
- Lead site inspections and ensure that all M&E works comply with project specifications and regulations.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding timelines and potential issues.
- Resolve any technical problems that arise during the construction process to maintain project momentum.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, including drawings and specifications for M&E systems.
- Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Degree in Building Services, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering disciplines.
- 3-5 years of experience in building and construction projects, preferably in cleanroom, laboratory, or controlled environment-related projects.
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, proficiency in relevant engineering software.
