Senior/M&E Engineer (Building/MRT projects, A1)

Join a well-established A1 main contractor with a strong track record in delivering landmark mixed-use, residential, commercial, and MRT developments. They are seeking Senior / M&E Engineers and Coordinators for both technical and site-based roles across multiple iconic projects in Singapore.

About the Role

• Manage and coordinate all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) components throughout the project
• Oversee consultants design submissions, including tracking drawing schedules, facilitating coordination, and highlighting areas for enhancement
• Partner closely with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones, quality standards, and timelines are consistently met
• Work with the BIM modeler/drafter on drawing preparation, offering technical guidance to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with various internal and external teams to support seamless project delivery and address any technical challenges that arise

What you will need

• Possess a PE Board recognized Degree in Mechanical/Electrical engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant M&E experience
• Candidates with more years of experience can be considered for the Senior Engineer positions
