Adecco is partnering with a growing organization in search of an individual to support and strengthen its people and administrative functions during an exciting phase of expansion.
We are seeking a proactive and strategic HR Manager to lead end-to-end human resources operations and office administration. This role will play a critical part in building a strong organisational foundation to support sustainable growth.
The Job:
- Lead Recruitment & Workforce Planning - Manage end-to-end hiring for operational and corporate roles, align manpower planning with expansion needs, and oversee onboarding and probation processes.
- Oversee HR Operations & Payroll Administration - Manage employment contracts, payroll coordination, HR documentation, leave and benefits administration, and maintain accurate HRIS records.
- Drive Employee Relations & Engagement - Act as the primary HR contact for employee matters, manage disciplinary and grievance processes, and foster a positive, service-oriented workplace culture.
- Implement Performance & Development Frameworks - Support KPI setting, performance appraisal cycles, training initiatives, and succession planning to build long-term capability.
- Ensure Compliance & Policy Governance - Maintain adherence to local labor laws and relevant industry regulations, update HR policies and employee handbook, and coordinate workplace health & safety matters.
- Strengthen Compensation & Structure - Conduct salary benchmarking, support structured compensation frameworks, and ensure payroll accuracy and statutory compliance.
The Talent:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience in operational or service-oriented environments.
- Sound knowledge of applicable employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Experience managing recruitment and employee relations in a structured setting.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, discretion, and accountability.
