Min 3 years in M&E. Electrical, ACMV, Fire, Plumbing
Responsibilities:
- To develop 2D detail design drawings, relevant drawing standards(preferably with BIM experience)
- To assist in coordinating all M&E services drawings related to structural, architectural, landscape and interior design
- Prepare drawings independently and review own work prior submissions
- Update and maintain current drawings / documentation
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background
- Proficient in (Autocad Revit)
- Familiar with local building codes
- Familiar with local submission procedures
- Preferably experience in a consultant environment
Salary depends on experience. Candidates who can do sizing and min supervision from engineer will command a higher salary.
