Senior M&E Coordinator

Job Responsibilities :

• Assist the M&E Manager in supervising and coordinating all services
• Manage M&E subcontractors and oversee daily M&E site works
• Conduct M&E coordination with all M&E subcontractors to ensure all clashes are resolved
• Carry out testing and commission of M&E works
• Ensure contractor comply with all necessary standards, codes of practice and safety regulations
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements :

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from recognized university
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in supervision of M&E works
• Dynamic, self-motivated, proactive, independent, team player and results-oriented with a proven track record in the building industry
