Senior M&E Coordinator

Job Description:

• Overall responsible for the Mechanical & Electrical works of the Project.
• Conduct coordination meetings with all M&E sub-contractors to resolve design conflicts and other technical concerns.
• Coordinate with the various department (Project, Contracts) for the planning and execution of various M&E installation works.
• Involved in discussion on contractual matters with sub-contractors.
• Liaise with Consultants, Architect, and Authorities.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years relevant working experience on building projects with having at least 5 years in BTO project.
• Results-oriented with a proven track record in the building industry.
• AUTOCAD and BIM knowledge.
