. Tertiary education qualification in related discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

. Sound understanding of application development concepts, databases, data structures, user interfacedesign, testing, and troubleshooting.

. Hands-on exposure to at least 4 years of low-code/no-code platform throughacademic projects, internships, personal projects, or work experience. Experience developing applications or workflow automations will beadvantageous.

. Familiarity with configuring workflows, business rules, user interfaces,permissions, and basic data integrations.

. Good communication skills andability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multi-stakeholderenvironment.

. Exposure to digital solution development,automation platforms, business applications, data analytics tools, orenterprise software solutions.

. Experience with Microsoft technologies andplatforms, such as Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure, Copilot, Power BI,SharePoint, or related tools, will be advantageous.

. Knowledge of web technologiessuch as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript databases such as SQL or NoSQL andintegration with enterprise systems through REST APIs.

. Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to document workclearly.

. Exposure to source control tools (e.g. Git), Agile delivery practices,application lifecycle management, or CI/CD concepts.

. Relevant Microsoft certifications, academic projects, internships,portfolio applications, hackathons, or other practical project experience thatdemonstrate technical capability.
