Senior Logistics Specialist

Key Responsibilities

1. Warehouse & Inventory Management

1. Monitor daily warehouse (DC) operations and inventory status
2. Check operational performance and consolidate monthly data
3. Support stocktaking (stores and warehouse), inventory adjustments, returns, and transfers
4. Maintain and update warehouse system (WMS) master data

2. Import & Customs Support

1. Track inbound shipments and share schedules internally
2. Review shipping documents and support customs clearance processes
3. Coordinate with forwarders and customs brokers
4. Handle urgent shipments (e.g., FedEx)

3. Domestic Logistics Operations

1. Coordinate outbound shipments to stores and B2B partners
2. Manage store supplies and replenishment orders
3. Support e-commerce operations (shipment, returns, stock movement)
4. Handle price updates, labeling, and tagging requests

4. Reporting & Administrative Tasks

1. Prepare receiving, inventory, and KPI reports
2. Update and consolidate logistics data
3. Review logistics-related invoices (warehouse, shipping, import)
4. Liaise with the finance team

5. Cross-functional Collaboration

1. Work closely with MD, Retail, Finance, and HQ teams
2. Support issue resolution in day-to-day operations

Requirements

1. 3 - 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations
2. Basic knowledge of import and warehouse processes
3. Fluent business-level English (reading/writing)
4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
5. Good communication and teamwork skills
6. Proficiency in Excel and MS Office
