Senior Logistics Assistant (Healthcare/Pharma)

Location: West Region

Working hours:-
8.30am to 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday)
8.30am to 5.30pm (Friday)

• Perform labelling of medications

• Pick supplies and check according to FIFO (First in First Out) or FEFO (First Expiry First Out) basis

• Check and receive items from the vendors and verification of items received against PO/DO and checking of expiry dates & batch number

• Receive nonstock goods and special inventory for distribution to users

• Handle discrepancies and escalate exceptions as appropriate

• Conduct stock takes, cycle counts, and manage critical item levels.

• Maintain end-user stocks and MOH stockpiles for emergencies.

• Support supply chain operations during disasters, PHIs, and national emergencies.

• Perform timely good receipt into WMS or SAP

Requirements:-

• Minimally 4 years of related experience
• Able to handle loads up to 12kg
• IT skills and knowledge on Microsoft Office
