Job Description

Responsibilities:
. Coordinate and monitor project execution, progress, schedules, quality and budgets.
. Liaise with customers, suppliers, subcontractors and internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery.
. Attend site visits and project coordination meetings.
. Coordinate materials, site activities and project documentation.
. Prepare quotations, progress claims, variation orders and project completion documents.
. Assist with tender preparation, cost estimation, supplier sourcing and price comparisons.
. Review project requirements, drawings and specifications, and prepare relevant submissions.
. Provide technical support and assist in resolving project or site-related issues.
. Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and company procedures.
. Support project management and handle other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
. Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related discipline
. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the construction industry
. Experience in project coordination, tendering, costing and site management
. Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
. Organised, responsible and able to manage multiple tasks
. Able to work independently and as part of a team
. Relevant WSH certifications and site safety knowledge will be an advantage
. Singaporean only need apply
