We are partnering with aconglomeratetogrow their legal team. Youwill play a key role in providing strategic legal advice on corporate and commercial matters. Reporting to the Group Head Legal, you will handle contract negotiations, manage legal risks,M&A and restructuring transactions,and safeguard the company's interests across diverse business operations. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex, high-value transactions while partnering closely with senior stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Qualified lawyer with 8-12 years post-qualification experience (Singapore or England & Wales), gained in both private practice and in-house roles
- Strong corporateM&Abackground, ideally with EPC experience, and proven ability to handle high-value transactions
- Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager with a commercial mindset
