Senior Legal Executive

JTJB is looking to hire a Senior Legal Executive who meets the following requirements:

. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Law or Legal Studies

. Minimum 3-5 years experience as a lawyer / legal executive / paralegal in a law firm, with an international law firm is preferred

. Qualified to practice law in a common law jurisdiction with specialisation as an advocate / attorney preferred

. Proficient in disputes work including handling claims filed in the Singapore courts or foreign courts

. Strong experience in supporting cross-border transactions and/or disputes, including drafting and preparing legal documents, compiling bundles, managing timelines, and liaising with clients/counsel/third parties

. Meticulous, organised, able to work independently, and comfortable handling multiple matters with tight timelines

. Proficient in Microsoft Office experience with electronic court filing platforms and document management systems will be an advantage
