Our client is a high-growth company in the digital infrastructure and technology sectors with a significant footprint across the Asia-Pacific region. Due to the growth, there is now an exceptional opportunity for a commercially-driven M&A lawyer to support their corporate development and transaction activities.

about the job.

You will be part of a high-performing M&A legal team to drive key strategic growth and regional expansion initiatives within a fast-paced regional environment. You will serve as a core legal partner advising on asset acquisitions, joint venture investments, cross-border corporate developments, and complex restructuring projects across multiple jurisdictions. You will evaluate legal risks, structure transaction frameworks, and manage external legal advisers to ensure smooth execution from inception to completion. You will also collaborate closely with senior executive stakeholders across cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making.

skills and experience required.

You hold a recognized law degree and are admitted to practice law with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in mergers and acquisitions ideally gained from a reputable law firm and/or inhouse environment. Prior experience with transactions in the infrastructure space will be advantageous. You demonstrate strong transaction management abilities, sound commercial judgment, and exceptional stakeholder engagement skills.
