Senior Legal Counsel

GoldPhield is a Singapore-based boutique recruitment agency specializing in delivering customized talent solutions to the industrial, engineering, and energy sectors. We are currently partnering with a well-established international organization to appoint a Legal Counsel based in Singapore. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing regional legal team supporting business operations across Asia Pacific.

Key Responsibilities

. Provide practical legal advice to business stakeholders on corporate, commercial, and

operational matters

. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including supplier,

customer, confidentiality, and partnership agreements

. Support business teams in identifying legal risks and developing appropriate mitigation

strategies

. Work closely with internal stakeholders across multiple functions to support ongoing business

initiatives

. Contribute to legal projects, contract management, and process improvement initiatives

Requirements

. Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent)

. Minimum 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience, gained in private practice and/or

in-house

. Strong experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts

. Comfortable working in a dynamic, international business environment

. Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively

. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

. Ideally Singapore Citizen (SC) or Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR)
