Senior Legal Counsel (Digital Infrastructure)

Cana Consulting is partnering exclusively with a high-growth digital infrastructure platform. They are now seeking a commercially minded Senior/Legal Counsel to join its expanding Singapore headquarters.

Backed by leading institutional investors, the business operates within the AI infrastructure and digital infrastructure ecosystem, supporting enterprise clients across Asia Pacific. The organization is currently undergoing significant regional expansion and is building out its Singapore leadership and corporate functions as part of its long-term growth strategy.

This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-scaling platform at an early stage and work closely with senior leadership, investors, and external stakeholders in helping shape the legal and commercial framework of the business. You should be comfortable working in a growth and lean environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including:
• customer agreements
• supplier/vendor contracts
• NDAs
• service agreements
• technology and infrastructure-related contracts
• Provide practical legal and commercial advice to business stakeholders across regional operations
• Support strategic commercial negotiations with enterprise customers and key counterparties
• Assist on financing and corporate matters alongside external counsel
• Work closely with management on legal risk assessment, governance, and operational processes
• Coordinate and manage external counsels across various jurisdictions
• Contribute towards building scalable legal processes and infrastructure as the organisation grows

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with approximately 10 - 15 PQE
• Strong experience in commercial contracting and business advisory work
• Prior in-house experience preferred
• Exposure to technology, digital infrastructure, cloud, telecommunications, data centre, or high-growth businesses would be advantageous
• Comfortable operating in a lean and fast-paced environment. Having experience working in a growth environment is a plus.
• Able to engage confidently with senior stakeholders, counterparties, and investors
• Experience working within founder-led, private equity-backed, or matrix stakeholder environments would be highly regarded
