Seeking a Finance Lawyer to lead high-stakes financing transactions for our global data center portfolio. You will manage complex debt structures, project financing, and strategic investments essential for digital infrastructure growth.

Key Responsibilities

Structure and negotiate large-scale project finance, syndicated loans, and green bond offerings.
Draft legal documentation for credit facilities, security packages, and intercreditor agreements.
Advise on capital markets activities and corporate treasury operations.
Oversee compliance with existing debt covenants and financial regulatory requirements.
Partner with Development teams to align financing with land acquisition and construction timelines.

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) and active Bar membership.
5+ years of experience in project finance or banking law, preferably within infrastructure or tech.
Expertise in cross-border transactions and complex collateral structures.
Strong negotiation skills with a focus on risk mitigation and commercial viability.
