Our client is looking foranexperienced Senior Legal Counselto join their legal team. You willbe part of a collegial team andworkon O&Gprojects. Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating commercial agreements (GSA, EPC, advising on natural gas/LNGcontracts, project finance,upstreamM&A.
Requirements:
- Law degree with8-12 yearsPQE, admitted to practice in Singapore or the UKand has experience in the energy industry, especially inO&G projects.
- Experience in negotiating O&G/LNG supply agreements, upstream M&A and project finance agreements
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive team player attitude, capable of working independently and quickly understanding various businesses.
