Role: Senior Legal Counsel - Accuron Industrial Technologies
This position supports the General Counsel in providing legal and compliance oversight for the Group's semiconductor front-end and industrial equipment businesses across Asia and Europe.
You will work closely with business leaders, engineers, and supply chain teams to shape commercial transactions, manage risk, and safeguard the company's legal interests. Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including equipment sales, service, supply, OEM, and technology collaboration contracts.
- Provide legal advice on corporate governance, trade compliance, export control, and data protection matters.
- Support R&D and engineering teams in protecting intellectual property, managing licensing, and ensuring confidentiality.
- Assist with M&A and joint-venture projects, due diligence, and cross-border structuring.
- Collaborate across functions to improve legal processes, standard templates, and compliance awareness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.) qualified to practise in Singapore or another common law jurisdiction.
- 5-10 years experience in commercial or corporate law, ideally within semiconductor, industrial, or high-technology sectors.
- Strong commercial contract drafting and negotiation skills with exposure to cross-border transactions and a business-oriented, problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with intellectual property, trade compliance, and export control frameworks.
- Business-minded, collaborative, and able to provide pragmatic, solution-oriented advice.
