Senior Legal Associate / Associate Family & Private Client Disputes

We are seeking a motivated and capable Singapore-qualified lawyer to join our award-winning Family & Private Client Disputes practice. The successful candidate will have strong analytical, drafting, communication and advocacy skills, excellent attention to detail, and a compassionate, client-focused approach.

Our team advises and represents clients in a broad range of complex family and private client disputes, including a significant number of international and high-net-worth matters, offering exposure to sophisticated and challenging work alongside leading practitioners in the field. Our team also works alongside our non-contentious private wealth team to provide holistic advice to families.

The role includes advising and representing clients, conducting legal research, preparing court documents and correspondence, attending hearings and mediations, and managing matters efficiently from inception to conclusion.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Ancillary matters

• High-conflict children matters, including international relocation and abduction matters

• Probate and administration of estates

• Mental Capacity Act applications and deputyship matters

• Estate, inheritance and trust disputes

• Wealth planning advice

The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, commercially aware, and able to exercise sound judgment while handling sensitive and often complex matters.

Candidates should be admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore and be in good standing with the Law Society of Singapore.
