Senior/ Leasing Manager (Shopping Centre/ Town)

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute leasing plans to optimise retail space utilisation and maximise rental returns.
• Negotiate lease terms and manage documentation for new leases, renewals, and tenancy agreements.
• Curate and maintain a balanced tenant mix aligned with asset positioning and customer needs.
• Identify, approach, and secure potential tenants that complement the mall's trade mix and brand strategy.
• Partner with asset management to drive occupancy, enhance tenant performance, and achieve revenue targets.
• Monitor market movements, retail concepts, and industry trends to introduce innovative and attractive offerings.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with tenants and retail partners, ensuring a positive leasing experience.
• Prepare and review leasing reports, forecasts, and budgetary plans, providing insights for management decision-making.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related disciplines, with at least 5 years of retail leasing experience.
• Strong track record in lease negotiations, tenant sourcing, and trade mix planning.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and networking abilities within the retail sector.
• Resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
