Senior Leasing Executive / Leasing Assistant Manager

Job Duties:

• Source, evaluate suitable retail locations for new F&B outlets.

• Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and contract conditions to achieve favourable outcomes for the company.

• Manage lease renewal, extensions, and renegotiations as required.

• Conduct in depth market studies including competitor analysis, footfall, demographics, and rental benchmarks.

• Identify new business opportunities, upcoming retail developments, and high-potential areas for expansion.

• Analyse financial feasibility of potential sites, including projected ROI assessments with sales revenue projected by operation team

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, mall operators, property developers, and real estate agents.

• Track lease documents, key dates, and compliance requirements.

• Maintain updated records of all leasing activities and property information.

• Prepare leasing reports, presentations, and documentation.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of related working experience in leasing, retail property, or F&B development.

Strong negotiation, communication, and networking abilities.

Good understanding of commercial leasing and market trends.

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is required.
