Senior Leasing Executive/ Assistant Leasing Manager (Commercial Grade A Building - CBD)

Responsibilities

• Manage leasing matters for an assigned Grade A commercial building located in the CBD.
• Source, negotiate and secure new leases, renewals and replacement tenants.
• Maintain good relationships with tenants and attend to leasing-related matters.
• Work towards maintaining high occupancy and achieving competitive rental terms.
• Prepare leasing proposals, reports, updates and related documentation.
• Monitor market trends, rental movements and competing developments.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth daily property operations.
• Assist in budgeting, portfolio planning and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Real Estate, Property, Business, Marketing or related discipline.
• Minimum 3years of leasing experience, preferably in Grade A commercial properties.
• Must possess a valid CEA salesperson licence.
• Good negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
