The Senior Learning Partner supports the Continuous Development and Consultancy function in building the professional capability of Great Eastern Life's financial representative force. The role focuses on designing, delivering, and continuously enhancing learning experience that ensure financial representatives meet regulatory CPD requirements while strengthening the skills, knowledge, and behaviours needed to serve clients effectively and grow their practice. As a key individual contributor, the role partners closely with agency leaders, trainers, and industry stakeholders to translate capability needs into impactful learning solutions that drive salesforce performance and professional standards.
- Design and deliver targeted training programmes for financial representatives across different experience tiers, aligned to the IBF Skills Framework
- Facilitate core regulatory and supplementary courses to ensure compliance with annual CPD requirements
- Customize learning interventions to address evolving business needs, including product knowledge, advisory skills, and digital competencies
- Support the development and maintenance of IBF-accredited programmes, including curriculum design, learning materials, and assessment components
- Prepare and coordinate documentation required for accreditation submissions and periodic programme reviews
- Ensure learning content meets regulatory standards and aligns with industry best practices
- Partner with agency leaders, distribution teams, and trainers to identify capability gaps and co-create relevant learning solutions
- Act as a trusted learning advisor to financial representatives and agency managers
- Collaborate with external learning partners and industry bodies where required to deliver programme outcomes
- Track training participation, feedback, and outcomes to assess programme effectiveness
- Analyse data and learner insights to refine programme design and delivery approaches
- Maintain accurate training records and compliance documentation
- Possess a degree or equivalent industry related qualifications.
- Have a minimum of 3–5 years of relevant work experience in group insurance, employee benefits, or account management.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
