Senior Lead Software Engineer (Blockchain & Distributed Systems)

Job Purpose

We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Software Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join our core R&D team. You will be responsible for the architectural design and development of our proprietary distributed underlying platforms, consensus protocols, and high-performance asset management systems, ensuring the technical excellence of our Web3 infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Distributed Architecture: Participate in the architectural design, module development, and performance optimization of self-developed distributed underlying platforms.

• Core Infrastructure: Lead the R&D of foundational modules, including high-concurrency network layers, data synchronization, task scheduling, and execution engines.

• Consensus Mechanisms: Design and optimize high-performance consistency protocols and multi-node coordination logic.

• Performance Engineering: Enhance system throughput through data structure optimization, parallel execution, and sharding architectures.

• Asset & Risk Systems: Develop enterprise-grade asset management backends, including lifecycle management, exchange rules, and automated risk control/auditing workflows.

• Settlement & Clearing: Implement internal settlement, clearing, and redemption logic with robust backend system support.

• Liquidity & DeFi Logic: Design and develop scalable trading logic, AMM-based liquidity models, and capital pool management mechanisms.

• Algorithm & Incentives: Optimize automated pricing algorithms, fee calculation models, and liquidity provider incentive strategies.

Requirements

• Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of robust software development experience with a strong ability to master new technologies rapidly.

• Technical Stack: Mastery of at least one high-performance language such as Go or Rust, with solid programming fundamentals.

• Web3 Skills: Proficient in Solidity for smart contracts and JavaScript / TypeScript for daily development workflows.

• Core Principles: Deep understanding of low-level system design practical project experience with CLOB (Central Limit Order Book) and AMM (Automated Market Makers) is essential.

• Collaboration: Strong team spirit and communication skills to drive project milestones effectively.

• Technical Communication: Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively in both English and Mandarin to ensure precise alignment with our regional R&D centers and global development teams.

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field.
