Assist in designing and optimizing payment product features to enhance the overall user payment experience.
Participate in defining payment product features, designing user flows, and preparing Product Requirement Documents (PRD).
Monitor and resolve issues in the payment process, such as payment failures and transaction anomalies. Support the optimization of payment-related operational processes to reduce failure rates and improve transaction success rates.
Collaborate with Payment Service Providers (PSPs) on system integration, troubleshooting, and go-live support. Gather technical and business requirements from partners to facilitate effective collaboration.
Analyze payment data to understand user behavior and payment patterns, and provide recommendations for product optimization. Prepare regular reports on payment-related business metrics and performance (KPI reports).
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Technology, Operations, Finance, and Risk Control to ensure successful implementation of payment product features. Support business teams in achieving payment-related objectives.
Job Requirements
Basic understanding of the payment industry, payment gateways, or payment solutions. Familiarity with common payment-related concepts (e.g., payment gateways, acquiring banks, settlement processes).
Strong skills in requirements analysis and documentation (PRD, flowcharts, etc.). Proficiency in basic data analysis using Excel, SQL, or other analytical tools. Ability to translate data insights into actionable product improvements.
Strong cross-team communication skills to coordinate resources and support project execution. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English to support cross-border payment collaborations.
At least 3 years of experience in product management. Experience in the payment industry would be advantageous.
Strong interest in the payment industry with the ability to learn quickly.
