Job Summary
As a Senior Lead within the Corporate Functions People job family, you will play a pivotal role in the HRIS function of Traveloka's Human Resources team, leveraging your expertise to enhance system capabilities that underpin the team's mission to nurture top talent and build an inclusive culture. Your work will directly align with the HRIS department's goals to optimize workflows, support data-driven decision-making, and ensure seamless integration of HR systems with broader business objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate HRIS systems to identify unmet business needs and recommend targeted, impactful solutions
- Gather and document detailed system requirements to support ongoing HRIS improvements and optimization initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate their operational needs into clear functional and technical specifications for HRIS enhancements
- Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and deliverable trackers for HRIS system configurations and upgrades
- Conduct in-depth data analysis of HRIS metrics to provide actionable insights that drive decision-making and process optimization across the Human Resources team
- Design and implement tailored HRIS system enhancements to streamline end-to-end HR workflows and boost overall operational efficiency
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) cycles for new HRIS features, resolving feedback gaps to ensure successful system readiness
- Deliver customized training and ongoing support to HRIS users to facilitate smooth adoption of new systems and features
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HRIS solutions with enterprise-wide systems, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience working in HRIS roles, with a proven track record of leading system enhancements and optimization projects
- Proficiency in core HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and experience with system configuration, data management, and integration processes
- Strong technical skills in translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications, with the ability to collaborate effectively with IT and development teams
- Advanced data analysis skills, including experience with HR metrics reporting and using data to drive process improvements
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex HRIS concepts clearly to non-technical audiences at all organizational levels
- Strong project management skills, including experience developing and maintaining project plans, timelines
