Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Technology professional to support the development, enhancement and maintenance of HR systems within a large and dynamic organisation.

In this role, you will partner with HR stakeholders and technology teams to implement system improvements, support HR digital transformation initiatives, and drive process efficiencies through automation and HR technology solutions.

You will also act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for HR systems, supporting system enhancements, requirement gathering, user acceptance testing (UAT), and change management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Process Redesign

  • Partner with stakeholders to review HR processes and recommend technology or automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.

  • Manage system enhancements and continuous improvement of HR technology capabilities.

System Maintenance & Support

  • Provide support to HR users by addressing system-related queries.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to HR applications and coordinate with vendors or technical teams when required.

  • Liaise with external vendors on HR system enhancements and maintenance.

Project Management

  • Collaborate with users and vendors to implement HR technology initiatives and system improvements.

  • Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into system solutions.

  • Lead HR technology projects and initiatives from planning to implementation.

  • Manage stakeholder expectations while ensuring alignment with project scope and timelines.

Change Management

  • Support change management initiatives during HR system implementation or upgrades.

  • Communicate system updates and new features to relevant stakeholders.

  • Provide guidance and support during process transitions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related disciplines.

  • At least 6-8 years of relevant experience in HR, HRIS, or operations functions, including exposure to HR systems.

  • Experience managing SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Time Off, PMGM, LMS, RCM or Reporting is advantageous.

  • Experience managing large employee databases and HR data management processes.

  • Familiarity with automation tools such as Power Automate, RPA, Power Query or similar technologies will be an advantage.

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Good stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
