Summary
Coopers Hill is looking for design focused a Senior Landscape Architect to join our office in Asia. Senior Landscape Architects are key members of our creative team, actively involved in a diverse range of local and international projects.
Job Responsibilities
You will play an important role in:
- Leading several landscape projects creatively from concept to construction
- Designing and delivering a range of landscape projects internationally with a track record
- Designing and managing landscape architecture projects and teams
- Developing, modifying and reviewing drawings for landscape architecture projects
- Demonstrating creative thinking abilities and contributing to firm-wide design excellence and problem solving
- Demonstrating understanding of the relationship between design and constructability
- Incorporating integrated sustainable design solutions into projects
- Participating in managing client relationships and representing Company Brand when meeting with clients and other consultants
- Travel internationally for project meetings and site visits when required
- Submit your project timesheet on every 15th and the first day of the following month
- Any other duties assigned but not limited to the above.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, we will need you to be:
- A holder of Degree or Diploma in Landscape Architecture
- Experienced in relevant industry for a minimum of 5 years withproficiency in design
- Excellent in graphics, strong at design and skillful in communicating effectively
- Experienced in Resort / Urban design
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch-up, Enscape and MS Office
- Experienced in working overseas or in an international environment would be an advantage
- Responsible, mature, self-motivated, resourceful, a team player and possess excellent nterpersonal and leadership skills
