Job Responsibilities
- Manage sales and marketing activities for both existing and potential clients in the assigned market.
- Prepare the annual sales budget and regularly report on sales performance.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to ensure sales targets are met.
- Set clear objectives for key accounts and maintain a Critical Action Plan to ensure appropriate resource allocation in support of sales efforts.
- Implement effective pricing strategies to achieve gross profit targets.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments and distributors to ensure timely and accurate project handling, order processing, and product delivery.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure marketing activities align with and support sales strategies.
- Submit monthly sales reports detailing performance metrics and project progress with key accounts.
- Identify and develop potential new customers into key accounts.
- Provide regular updates on fragrance trends, concepts, and applications relevant to the market.
- Gather market intelligence and customer insights to support the development of effective business strategies and expansion initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience in the fragrance or FMCG industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Proactive, with a positive and solution-oriented mindset.
