Job Scope:
Senior Key Account Executive/ Assistant Sales Manager
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
- Develop strategic account plans customized to the needs of each client like NTUC, ShengSiong, Cold Storage, Giant
- Ensure high client satisfaction to maintain and retain key accounts.
- Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to enhance both profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Implement targeted sales strategies for key accounts.
- Track and report on key account performance metrics.
- Collect and act on client feedback to enhance service offerings.
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges faced by key clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to meet client needs.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration studies
- Preferably candidate with experience liaise with customer from Wine Industry / FMCG Modern Trade Industries
- Good to have Class 3 Driving License
