Responsibilities:
- Drive the development, strategic planning, and target setting for key markets including Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, and Indonesia.
- Identify and nurture major clients and business opportunities in these markets; effectively follow up on large projects to achieve sales targets.
- Enhance market share of products among key clients and promote new products; establish strong relationships with relevant departments of key clients to understand their business strategies and develop competitive product solutions.
- Build, manage, and cultivate strong client relationships, forming strategic partnerships.
- Demonstrate acute market insight to identify opportunities and trends; plan business strategies, set goals, and predict risks. Thoroughly understand local market conditions and competitive landscape, and regularly report insights to the company.
- Adhere to company business processes and complete required business reports, including market analysis, sales forecasts, business performance analysis, and payment progress tracking.
- Guide, train, assign tasks to, and manage project team members. Independently mobilize and integrate internal and external resources, leading project teams from lead generation to payment collection.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher; proficiency in both Chinese and English as working languages is essential, with fluency in local languages being a plus.
- Over 5 years of sales-related experience, including at least 3 years in key account sales within the retail sector. Background in hardware, software, and system integration in the retail industry is desirable. Previous team management experience is advantageous.
- Ability to embrace work challenges and performance pressure; strong sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, outgoing personality, quick thinking, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel frequently.
- Basic knowledge of finance, legal contracts, and project management is required.
