Senior / Junior Technical Engineer (CCTV / Security System / Automation)

Job Description:

. Carry out on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of security equipment as needed

. Provide technical support for preventive and corrective maintenance of systems such as CCTV, Intrusion Detection, Access Control, and Integrated Security Management Systems

. Respond to customer service requests in a prompt and professional manner

. Be the main point of contact for all customer-related enquiries

. Work with principals, suppliers, and system engineers to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems

. Coordinate with relevant parties and end-users throughout the project lifecycle

. Liaise with suppliers or principals to source and arrange spare parts

. Conduct product demonstrations for customers when required

. Be part of a scheduled rotation for on-call support duties

. Perform any other tasks assigned as part of the role

Requirements:

. NITEC, Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering.

. Hands-on experience in security systems such as Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems and CCTV systems.

. Hands-on experience in security system configuration, application programming and integration with third-party systems will be an advantage.

. A strong team player with good problem-solving abilities.
